TECH SHEET.  Our stage setup: 3 options.
Plan A (Our usual setup when touring):

Plan A: We supply the red things. You supply the green things.

Plan A: What WE supply (in red):
  • Music Stand
  • Instrument cords (instruments to D.I. boxes)
  • Direct Boxes (D.I. boxes) for instruments.

Plan A: What YOU supply (in green or unseen)
  • Two mic stands with booms
  • Two vocal microphones
  • Four XLR cords (2 mics to mixer, 2 D.I. boxes to mixer)
  • PA system with mixer and four XLR inputs
  • Lighting, including AC power for our little music stand light
Plan B (Always an option, but we must know in advance so we know what to pack):

Plan B: We supply the red things. You supply the green things.

Plan B: What WE supply (in red):
  • Music stand
  • Microphones
  • All cords and D.I. boxes from mics and instruments to mixer
  • Mixer (not a "powered" mixer)

Plan B: What YOU supply (in green or unseen):
  • Two mic stands with booms
  • Cord for mixer-to-amplifier*
  • PA system including amplifier
  • Lighting, including AC power for our little music stand light
*Note:  Our mixer stays on stage with us, so our cables are not very long.  Wherever the amp will be, you need a long enough cable to reach from it to the stage.  Our mixer has a 1/4" TRS output, but we can bring a 1/4" TRS to XLR patch cord, if your amp has an XLR input.  We should talk about this.
Plan C (Not pictured):  We bring everything

We have a very decent PA system:  JBL Eon 15" powered speakers, Shure Beta 58 mics, a small Soundcraft mixer, even a simple stage lighting setup.  THIS IS ONLY POSSIBLE when we're driving, obviously, but we have been known to drive quite a ways.  So please holler if this sounds interesting.
